In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top Business Finance & Business Solutions applications in the United Kingdom showed varied performance trends. This analysis, based on Sensor Tower data, provides a glimpse into the weekly downloads and active user metrics of these leading apps.

SumUp: Payments and POS saw a notable increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 24.4K in late November. The app's weekly active users also rose significantly, reaching around 280K in early December before a decline towards the end of the quarter.

Square Point of Sale (POS) experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 11.9K at the beginning of October and dropping to 3.6K by the end of December. However, active users showed a stable trend, with a slight increase to over 80K in early December.

Tide - Mobile Business Banking maintained a steady download rate, with numbers hovering around 6K throughout most of the quarter. Active users fluctuated but stayed above 200K, with a peak of 240K in early December.
